We understand different needs of different sectors and hence have invested in mix of different technology to be able to cater to almost all kind of Self Adhesive labels required.

At Ajanta , we have UV Waterless offset as well Conventional UV Offset , It is excellent for small & medium run jobs as it has Low input cost which reduces startup cost with fantastic print quality

We also have flexo presses with Gravure and Silkscreen in combination. High configuration combination Flexo machines are capable of de-lam, re-lam, hot foil, cold foil, online lamination/ UV varnish. These machines have been highly successful in meeting our commitments for all type of labels. This facility has given Ajanta packaging the unique advantage to print on filmic substrates, especially Clear on clear, where the back label has a reverse image.

All units have Camera inspection systems for label checking & ensuring defect free labels are delivered to the clients.
